Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential. A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field will give you an edge. Membership in a relevant Electrical Engineering institution is a plus. Experience Proven track record in designing, developing, testing, and launching innovative products. Deep understanding of data transmission principles, data cabling, and data communications is advantageous. Experience in structured cabling, data transmission, and data communication will set you apart. Proficient in using electrical design, analysis, and test equipment/tools. Hands-on experience with signal integrity testing and network analysers is a must. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools like Minitab or JMP is a bonus.
