We are seeking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants on behalf of a lovely primary school located in Walsall. We focus on long-term and permanent employment, meaning that you return to the SAME school every day, therefore offering consistency not only to staff, but for the students also, with often this resulting in you transferring across onto schools contract. Working hours are 8:30-3:30 Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: o Provide support both inside and outside of the classroom o Develop resources to support learning o Foster a positive learning environment through interactive activities. o Assist with behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions, including de-escalating and re-directing behaviours. o Monitor and track progress of children's development.
