The Role Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils in Key Stage 1. Collaborate closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external specialists to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all pupils feel valued and supported. Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure every child achieves their potential. The Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1. A proven track record of working with children with a range of special educational needs. Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
