Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Ipswich starting January 2025. In this full-time role, you will work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs, helping them to achieve their academic goals and enhance their individual learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs. Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities. Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and other staff tomonitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed. Support students in developing social and emotional skills. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people, preferably ina SEN setting. A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
