As a Section Leader, you will manage a team to meet our goals.   Your main tasks will be: Create a positive work environment with kindness and care. Meet customer demands by delivering plans and activities. Ensure orders are delivered on time. Train and manage warehouse workers in your area. Suggest and implement process improvements. Solve warehouse issues or escalate them if needed. Support regular reports and statistics. We want Section Leaders who: Have strong people skills and are committed to learning. Communicate well in different ways such as team meetings, written notices, and reports. Have experience managing people, including activities such as training, health and safety, holidays, and pay queries. Have experience of assigning work based on targets and service levels. Are comfortable using systems like Excel, databases, and email. Are proactive and follow through with ideas and improvements. Solve problems from start to finish. Are adaptable, resilient, and have a growth mindset. It’s a plus if you have: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or SAP. Knowledge of lean, project management, or warehouse processes.
