Sales Account Manager, Pencoed

Job Description
Our client is a fast growing Tech company who offer IT&Comms support to business UK wide. They currently have a position available for a Sales Account Manager at their Pencoed site.
Main duties:
* Desk manage a portfolio of business accounts
* Develop and maintain relationships with your client base
* Conduct quarterly product portfolio reviews
* Maximise retention
* Deliver gross profit and monthly recurring revenue targets
* Regularly analyse customer product penetration and identify opportunities through product gap analysis
* Forecast, track and report on key account metrics

* Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle
* Technical proficiency
* Candidates with IT/Comms experience are encouraged to apply
This is a full time, permanent role. The hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. This is a Head Office role, candidates wishing to apply must be available to work in the office during these times. This position does not offer hybrid or remote working.
