Residential Children's Home Manager Salary: Up to£45,000 + Bonus scheme   Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Children's Home Manager to lead a dedicated team, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children with emotional and behavioural challenges. As the Children’s Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, while managing all aspects of the home’s operations. You will guide and inspire your team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.   About You Our client is looking for an individual with the following skills and experience: Qualifications: Level 5 qualification in Children, Young People, and Family Practitioner. Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a children’s home, including time in a Deputy or Registered Manager role. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team. Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential.   What’s on Offer? Access to a health and well-being program.   Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care tailored to each child’s emotional, physical, and developmental needs. Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing professional development to team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Care Delivery and Therapeutic Support Oversee and implement personalised therapeutic interventions, ensuring the needs of each child are met in collaboration with external professionals. Promote best practices and a child-centred approach in all aspects of care delivery. Operational Management Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resourceallocation, and staffing, to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards, ensuring the home consistently operates at a high level of quality. Building Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, external agencies, and other stakeholders to provide holistic and comprehensive support for the children.
