Join Our Team as a Regional Operations Manager! We’re on the look out for an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead our care homes and facilities across Norfolk and Suffolk. In this pivotal role you’ll drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service. Benefits: * Salary: Earn between £71,500 - £75,900 annually, including a 10% yearly bonus and a £5,500 car allowance. * Annual leave 25 days plus Bank Holidays.* 2 weeks paid sick leave per annum and access to private medical after the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period. * Standard company pension scheme. * Mobile phone and laptop provided. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage operations across the region, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. * Analyse complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and develop sustainable solutions. * Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. * Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity across teams.
