The role will see you as a key member of the team as a delivery consultant. This role is remote, and given their market, there's a real interest in bringing on board those with a genuine interest in emerging markets, especially Africa. Your day-to-day will include but is not limited to: Supporting senior consultants on their projects Market research & mapping Outreach to clients and candidates Longlisting Shortlisting Creating client-ready presentations and documents Our client has recently won a long-term contract with an infrastructure company in Africa that they expect to last for the next 15 years. They build cities in Africa, from roads to sewer systems to energy infrastructure so you'd have a genuine impact on the development of the continent. What you'll bring: A degree (or equivalent) in a related field would be ideal. Experience in recruitment processes or general commercial experience is desirable. A strong academic background. Confident in discussing and explaining complex ideas. A genuine interest or links to emerging markets, specifically in Africa.
