This role offers the opportunity to work on and grow integrated accounts across diverse public affairs sectors. A strong interest in politics and a solid understanding of public policy and campaigning are essential. Key responsibilities Direct and manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with excellence Service client accounts and build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships Lead new business opportunities and develop business leads Organise events and party conference activities Manage and mentor a growing team Our ideal candidate will have: Solid experience working in a consultancy or public/private sector A broad base of sector experience, working on integrated accounts across media, stakeholder, digital, and change activities Strong people management skills Built and maintained strong political and stakeholder networks Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and a well-developed point of view Proven ability to develop or direct new business leads and deliver successful pitches
