Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Manager to work for a well-established and leading construction company. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, primarily civil engineering, site investigations, and hardscaping works. Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of civil engineering, site investigation, and hardscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints. * Team Leadership: Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. * Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded. * Budget and Cost Control: Prepare detailed project budgets, track expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining project quality. * Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety on-site. * Site Investigation Works: Lead and manage site investigations to assess ground conditions, risks, and site suitability for construction projects. * Hardscaping Expertise: Oversee the design, installation, and management of hard landscaping elements, ensuring high standards of workmanship and project delivery. Skills&Experience: * Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the construction industry, specifically in Civils, Site Investigation Works, and Hardscaping. * Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Project Management qualifications are advantageous. * Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering, site investigation techniques, and hard landscaping processes. * Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, drive results, and resolve challenges efficiently. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions in a timely manner. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.
