Project Manager (Civil) Toro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of their client within the renewable energy sector. The role focuses on delivering engineering management services across a diverse portfolio, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar, wind, and green hydrogen projects. Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager: * Leadership and management of a team of civil engineers to deliver safe, high-quality design and engineering solutions. * Coordinate preliminary layouts and assessments during the development phase of renewable projects. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including acting as Principal Designer under CDM regulations. * Manage multi-disciplinary design activities and technical specifications during detailed project design. Skills and Requirements * Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and renewable energy technologies. * Leadership experience in managing teams and processes effectively. * Proficiency in project and design management for complex, multi-disciplinary projects. * Familiarity with relevant standards, regulations, and CDM compliance. * A degree in engineering or a related discipline (Chartered Engineer status is preferred).
