Your role:
* You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating product requirements into engineering specifications that meet regulatory guidelines.
* You will identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, driving efficiency and cost reduction.
* You will develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring full compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards.
* You will facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and ensuring alignment across all teams.
* You will support the site's digitalization efforts, increasing automation and streamlining engineering activities.
Your expertise:
* Proficiency in project management tools and software, with experience in creating and maintaining validation documentation.
* Proven ability to managemultiple complex projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting, with experience applying structured methodologies such as SPS.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectivecollaboration across diverse teams.
* Demonstrated success in delivering new products from concept through to market launch, ensuring all technical and regulatory milestones are achieved.
* Electrical engineering proficiency preferred, with experience in managing projects involving electricalsystems, equipment upgrades, or automation.
