As a Professional Services (PS) Team Leader, you will have 12+ direct reports who are a mix of office and field, providing national coverage through a combination of remote and onsite delivery. Working closely with the Professional Services Manager to set and deliver KPIs and excellent customer experience to meet our budget. You will be responsible for driving Continual Service Improvement and development of PS services, promote overall process enhancements, drive best shared practice and team performance analysis.
