About the Role: As a Production Planner, you will plan, expedite, and oversee the manufacturing plan and shipment of key customer products. Your attention to detail and ability to manage customer demand will be critical in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan and expedite the production plan and shipment of products. Manage customer demand and keep delivery dates updated. Maintain proactive communication with customers, operations, and subcontractors. Ensure all production activities run smoothly and on schedule. Track and analyse production data to ensure efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement. Essential Skills&Experience: Previous experience in a production planning, scheduling, expediting or purchasing role within a manufacturing environment. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. Excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starting approach. Effective interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
