Due to continued success, my clientis looking to hire an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team. Position Overview: The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of private client matters , delivering tailored estate planning solutions and ensuring exceptional client care. Trust experience is preferable . Key Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and tax planning . • Provide expert advice on lifetime planning and succession strategies . • Draft and review trust documentation . • Assist clients with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters . • Handle complex inheritance tax and estate planning issues . • Liaise with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to ensure smooth estate administration. • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements . Requirements: Essential: • Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law . • Strong expertise in wills, probate, estate planning, and tax matters . • Excellent client care skills , with a compassionate and professional approach. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team . • Strong attention to detailand organisational skills . Desirable: • Trust experience is preferable . • STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification or working towards it.
