Responsibilities:  Lead and manage a team of solicitors and legal executives, ensuring effective performance and team growth Achieve performance targets to contribute to continued success Develop new business opportunities by attending networking events and collaborating with other partners Manage a diverse caseload, including wills, probate, tax, trusts and LPAs You will work alongside a highly experienced team of Partners who have deep ties to the local area and established networks to support business development.
