Serve both the established village centre and rapidly expanding new housing areas. Develop new worshipping communities while nurturing the inherited church in the village. Lead and support gifted, missionally active laity already engaged in new housing outreach. Build on the success of initiatives like pop-up church in new developments. Partner with local schools (three primaries and a secondary, with a fourth primary opening in 2025). Embrace a mixed-ecology ministry combining traditional and pioneering approaches.
