ESSENTIAL * Must be MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS * Qualified as a Building Surveyor * Residential Building and Defect Surveys * Proven Building Defect knowledge should include (but not be limited to) damp investigations and structural defects, you should be able to investigate, advise, report and specify remedial work. * Must have access to a vehicle. * Must have his own PI insurance. * Must have an Android or IOS device. (software will be provided). * Must have some basic surveying tools DESIRABLE * RICS Home Survey level 1-3 experience * Commercial and/or Heritage experience. * 2+ years PQE * Party Wall Act and Party Wall Surveyor Experience You must possess a strong work ethic with the ability to manage your own workload and have an excellent comprehension of report writing and technical knowledge.
