We are seeking a Team Leader who will lead, coach and motivate your staff team, working with them to ensure a consistent high-quality service is provided to all children and families. You will: Hold an approved level 3 Early Years Educator qualification/(or equivalent) or above. Have at least two years’ experience of working in an early year setting or have at least two years’ other suitable experience.
