I am working alongside a transport company in the Bolton area who are looking to add a Payroll&Accounts Administrator to their established team. They are a successful local business and are looking to add a payroll&accounts professional to a customer facing role to be a key part of their business day to day. The client is looking for someone with end to end payroll experience and familiar with accounts from a customer facing background. Key Duties/Tasks: * Technical skills: systems preferred (Sage)&excel * Support the busy payroll&Accounts department * Working alongside sales to process bookings and offer quotes to customers * Processing a weekly payroll * Accounts responsibilities such as processing invoices, conducting checks, dealing with remittances etc. * Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries. * Working to multiple deadlines Benefits * Salary depending on experience (up to£16/hr or £29,120 annual salary equivalent) * Pension * Parking on site * Great amenities on site Normal working hours are 35 hours per week, 09:00am to 4.00pm with 1 hr unpaid break.
