We are recruiting for a part time Transport data entry Clerical to work for our client a leading Distribution company based in Dartford. Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Clerical that will focus on data entry of accidents and incidents. The pay is£15.08 per hour and you will typically work 2 days a week from 08:00 to 16:00hrs (16hrs a week) Some flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the client. This is a temporary / ongoing role with an immediate start. Training will be given once started. Your Time at Work As a Transport Data Entry Clerical, you will work in the site office with the transport team and undertake the following duties: · Data input of accidents · Entering accidents onto relevant computer data bases · Collating cost of an accident from 3rd party breakdown, repair suppliers · General filing, shredding and printing · Control of tachomaster data base Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Transport Clerical will have: · Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel · Previous Transport experience would be preferred but not essential · An understanding of Tachomaster is preferred but not essential · Strong administration skills including attention to detail, timeliness and accuracy · Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines · Must have a flexible approach to working hours · Self motivated with a 'can do' approach · Good team player who can work on their own initiative Key Information and Benefits - Earn from £15.08 per hour - Shifts are from 08:00 to 16:00 (16hrs a week) - OnSite support from Staffline - Free car parking on site - Full training provided - Modern working environment AboutStaffline Staffline is the biggest recruiter in the UK and Ireland, and we believe in putting people first.
