An industry leading M&E service provider is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to work at a site based in Oxford. This role is offering a salary of£41,000 per annum. Working Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm. Job Role: You will be required to work Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm The M&E provider is an established; specialist and well respected provider of building services in the industry and one which continually strives to deliver the best possible employees to its clients. The site is a prestigious commercial/industrial building, which will require all candidates to be client facing with a positive and friendly attitude at all times and have supervisory experience. The Supervisor must have experience working within a team carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance. Relevant previous work experience includes but is not limited to;• Fault finding • PPM’s • FCU’s • Generators • 3 Phase power supply • UPS’s • AHU’s • BMS • Chillers • Boilers • Water treatments This is a permanent position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team.
