Assignment Details: Pay Rate:£11.86 Now accepting Students! Working Shift Pattern: Shifts will be 19:00 - 07:00. Shifts are issued on a fair rota system and are unable to be chosen or selected by preference.Training Information: Training will be a 2-week course, on site and in person. Week 1: On site during the day, times tobe confirmed if successful. Week 2: In person with a Night Shift worker. Record information on contacts as and when required and maintain accurate records and systems. Manage and protect all customer information, this includes sensitive information in accordance with the relevant legislation. Resolve all dissatisfaction during the first point of contact wherever possible.What You Bring: No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!
