We use tapestry to complete observations, and each room is provided with iPads to complete these on. Minimum level 3 or equivalent qualification in childcare. A qualification is necessary to fulfil this role- Applications will be rejected with no relevant childcare qualification. We believe in a healthy work life balance, there is no taking work home, we give you time out of the room to complete essential paperwork. There are no monthly staff meetings, but we do this by having regular 1:1 or group meetings within working hours. Any required training such as safeguarding freshers and first aid are all paid for and any hours that are used in non working hours are returned to you. We have a qualified mental first aider to support all staff's mental wellbeing, who checks in every 6 weeks or is always there when needed. We often hold team bonding events, which are all paid for and we are always doing something different from laser zone, mini golf, darts to dancing so there is always something for everyone."A team that plays together stays together".
