School Details: This is a rapidly expanding school with high expectations for the futures of its pupils.  The school benefits from outstanding resources including it’s newly purpose built site.  Job Role: To work on a one to one basis with pupils requiring assistance with learning difficulties.  These can range from autism, aspergers, dyslexia etc.  Pastoral care will also be required in these roles, the ability to build rapport with pupils is an absolute necessity. Candidate Requirements: To have previous experience of working as a teaching assistant / pastoral support assistant.  An empathetic and supportive attitude is a must.  It is preferable that applicants have a Teaching Assistant qualification of at least level 2 however in absence of this, previous experience will be reviewed.  A full enhanced DBS is also required (we are able to assist with obtaining this.)
