As part of the Customer Service Team at Customer Logistics, this role is responsible for processing our customer orders on time and accurately. . You could be dealing withgrocers, wholesalers, high street retailers and fast food outlets, the contact is diverse and varied. Adhering to operational processes will help to support both cost and service metrics whilst delighting our customers each and every day.      Your main responsibilities   Process sales orders received from customers through the SAP system to meet customer requirements. Manage customer concerns/complaints/supply issues by ensuring effective communication, trend analysis to facilitate in development of corrective actions, and follow up to ensure close out of issues, and effectively manage communication on progress with customers. Deal with any on the day issues for deliveries by liaising with Customers and key stakeholders in order to deliver customer requirements Building mutually beneficial relationships with Customers   Key Stakeholders in this role are:    Customercontacts CCEP internal CCEP Supply Chain Functions   Skill Requirements/Competencies:   Demonstrated Customer Service experience with a strong focus on problem solving skills Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment, with attention to detail An effective communicator who is capable of building excellent Customer Service relationships PC skills and Excel spreadsheet experience Preference for candidates with good working knowledge of SAP or Salesforce Organised and methodical with the ability to work in a controlled and structured way We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 countries, who work together to make, move and sell some of the world’s most loved drinks.
