We've got a new and exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to work with a person we support living in their family home in Norwich. This person has a severe Brain Injury and Polytrauma, but this does not define them. You will also need to bring previous experience with working with Brain Injuries and providing rehabilitation support. What will your shift involve? In this role your time will be split between providing high-quality care, ensuring that the person you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs and also overseeing, inspiring and managing a growing team of support workers. Additionally, you will be undertaking administrative tasks such as creating staff rotas and maintaining care plans.
