Job Description

Smart Solutions are working with a leading supplier in the architectural sector who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong track record in the steel pipeline industry. You will be responsible for expanding and nurturing our client base, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and effectively managing client accounts from initial enquiry to post-sale support. Working Hours: Mon– Thurs 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:30 Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive: * Expand and maintain the client database, ensuring consistent growth. * Provide high quality customer experiences, meeting, and exceeding client expectations. * Take full ownership ofclient accounts and orders, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to aftercare services. * Visit clients as necessary to establish and maintain strong working relationships. * Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the client portfolio. * Provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to line managers to aid decision-making and strategy development. Requirements of the Business Development Executive: * Proven track record within the steel pipeline industry. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. * Proficiency in using IT system, including Outlook, Word, CRM, and out sales software (training provided). * Full UK driving license What you will get: * Attractive starting salary of £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 + pa * Performance bonus depending on sales targets met * Permanent Contract * Excellent company package including workplace pension, life assurance and healthcare plan * Learning&development opportunities to help you progress in your career.
