Agility and adaptability to motivate colleagues to be the best they can be. Good stakeholder engagement at all levels across the organisation. Strong communication and influencing skills. A passion for providing exceptional customer outcomes within every customer interaction. Drive and the ability to work well under pressure. Be able to describe short to medium term planning, focused on identifying capacity and managing resources to meet our customer needs.
