Providing guidance and technical advice to the team, prioritise work and allocate resources. We need you to have Mortgage experience - strong understanding and experience of the end to end mortgage journey. People management and coaching experience delivery at a colleague level. Agility and adaptability to motivate colleagues to be the best they can be. Good stakeholder engagement at all levels across the organisation. Strong communication and influencing skills. A passion for providing exceptional customer outcomes within every customer interaction. Drive and the ability to work well under pressure. Be able to describe short to medium term planning, focused on identifying capacity and managing resources to meet our customer needs. It's a bonus if you have but not essential Experiences of helping to deliver change. An understanding of how to apply the principles of Operations Excellence.
