New Business Executive Salary:£26k per annum plus Commission Monday to Friday 8.00am -5pm Post Recruitment are looking for a New Business Executive to join an extremely successful family run business based in Horsforth This is a 100% sales focused and target driven business-to-business (b2b) role consisting of cold calling and lead generation with a view to making appointments. Accountabilities: * Correctly qualify the company and ensure reaching decision makers * Call prospects to arrange meetings * Provide prospects with required information in professional format * Build relationships with the DecisionMakers, diarising call backs and cancellations * Resilience and the capacity to grow adapt to an ever-changing work environment. * Achieve all daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s * To attend and fully participate in on-going training and development, regular performance reviews, monthly one to one meetings and company appraisal system * Contribute to overall team effort to ensure company new business targets are consistently achieved * Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company * Adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures. *Adhere to data protection guidelines, ensuring all prospects are aware that all calls are recorded Person Specification * Excellent planning/organisational skills * Conscientious, hard-working and self-disciplined * Strong team player * Creative and able to implement initiatives to improve sales techniques * Impact and influencing skills * Able to identify prospects by using all methods available, CRM system, press, social media, internet, referrals.
