Mobile Service Technician– Electric Vehicles Location: Norfolk (Travel within the UK required) Salary: £30k to £42k (OTE) + Company Vehicle Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (Overtime&Occasional Weekends if required)  ISQ Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Service Technician for one of our key clients, specialising in electric vehicles. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric vehicles at client sites and in the workshop.   Role: Diagnose and repair electric vehicles, including buses, vans, and cars at client sites and roadside Conduct maintenance and assembly of electric vehicles, both on-site and in the workshop Frequent travel across the UK and occasionally internationally Communicate effectively with customers on-site   Key Responsibilities: Diagnosing and repairing EVs Attending to vehicles at the roadside or customer site Maintenance of EV vehicles Assembly of EVs in production, including assembling/disassembling EV Motors, Gearboxes, and Power electronics Reading and understanding technical drawings, manuals, and specifications Diagnostic and quality checking completed work Frequent travel offsite to clients or suppliers across the UK and occasionally internationally Communicating with customers on-site   Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or HNC/BTEC in Engineering Valid UK driver's licence   Key Skills and Relevant Experience: 3 years' experience in breakdown/roadside repairs, preferably on electric vehicles Proficiency with diagnostic software and strong diagnostic capabilities, both electrical and mechanical 4+ years' experience in vehicle maintenance, including pneumatics and hydraulics (electrical bias is an advantage) Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in the field Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams&SharePoint) Understanding of Health&Safety and PPE  Benefits: Company vehicle with all travel expensed Competitive salary with breakdown and call-out allowances Supportive and inclusive work environment   Ready to take the next step in your career? Click "Apply" now to submit your application.
