Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day operations and safety protocols on-site. * Conduct quality inspections to uphold project standards. * Direct subcontractors and staff, ensuring adherence to procedures. * Coordinate material requisitions and inventory control. * Monitor project progress and schedule compliance. * Collaborate with management on variations and instructions. * Maintain quality and environmental control procedures. * Issue permits to work and conduct risk assessments. * Manage weekly timesheet bookings for staff. Mechanical Supervisor Required Skills: * CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS certifications. * Strong managerial skills in large-scale residential projects. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction apps. * Experience with Tier 1 and 2 contractors. * Effective communication and time management. Additional Details: * Full-time position on-site in Wembley. * Pay range:£280.00-£290.00 per day. * Monday to Friday.
