The business is looking for a Marketing Manager to work closely with the sales function and CEO, to continue their growth story. A full and ample handover will be given as partof the onboarding, with the current Marketing Manager going on maternity leave in a few months’ time. Key Responsibilities: * Drive lead generation (MQLs) to support business growth. * Manage brand and reputation, ensuring alignment with company values. * Execute marketing strategies anddevelop/utilise the new website. * Manage the marketing budget. * Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. * Oversee freelancers and agencies to ensure quality and ROI. * Ensure the website drives engagement and represents the brand. * Enhance brand presence through social media management. * Plan and deliver both in-person and online events. * Align internal communications with company values. * Manage PR activities to enhance brand engagement.
