Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Location: Trafford Park, Manchester (WFH up to 4 times per week) Salary: 22,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience) About the Role: Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist to join a dynamic technical company based in Trafford Park. This is a remote role, but ideally, we’re looking for someone located near Trafford Park for occasional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smoothprocesses, managing customer accounts, and keeping the CRM system (Salesforce) up to date. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to combine strong administrative skills with customer relationship support in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting Account Managers with sales proposals, presentations, and reports. Managing and maintaining CRM data (Salesforce), ensuring compliance and accuracy. Qualifying and responding to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner. Handling customer inquiries and account management, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Identifying and supporting new business opportunities to drive account growth. Assisting with sales reporting, pipeline updates, and providing actionable insights. Collaborating with marketing on campaigns, events, and other initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a sales supportor administrative role. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote role while managing multiplepriorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bonus Skills: Experience in the technology or software industry. Knowledge of sales processes and terminology. Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights.
