The Role As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and managing Paid Search and Paid Social strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. Conducting keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and producing insightful reports to drive continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with clients to understand their goals, ensuring campaigns align with their objectives. Managing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in paid media. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Around 3 years’ experience in Paid Media (Paid Search and Paid Social). Proven success in creating and optimizing paid campaigns that deliver measurable results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Exceptional knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
