This is your chance to join their incredible operational scheme which aims to shape you into a future leader of the company through an array of business-critical rotationsGraduate Rotational Leadership Scheme – September 1st Start Date Joining as a cohort with several other grads, you’ll embark on your 3-year scheme in September, which will be broken into 2 18-month stints in both Manchester and Slough. The programme is designed to enable you to forge strong relationships with your peers and leadership teams as you embark on your career within Bidfood. You will undertake an exciting range of rotational placements in operational business areas which will see you cover everything from corporate procurement, supply chain, finance, B2B sales and operations management in a busy depot environment, all with a focus on understanding the inner workings of the company to prepare you for your future role. You'll also be getting involved with exciting company-wide projects with a focus on sustainability and ESG. You'll have access to and support to undertake an exciting range of further qualifications, including a level 5 CMI in Operations Management from your second year! Whilst this scheme will see you based in Manchester for your first 18 months, you’ll get the exciting opportunity to visit teams across the UK, so you must be up for travel. The final 18 months of the scheme will see you relocate to Slough to broaden your skillset further (Bidfood offer a generous relocation support package to take the stress away from you).Requirements: Degree level educated in any subject at 2:1 or above (or equivalent). Proven leadership abilities through extra-curricular activities, sports, work experience etc. Full driving license (or working towards to be secured before the scheme starts). You must be available to attend an in-person assessment centre on Thursday 10th April to be considered (expenses will be covered).
