Assisting with daily routines, such as circle time, snack time, and outdoor play. Encouraging children's independence while providing individual and group support tailored to their developmental needs. Observing and recording children's progress to help identify and bridge learning gaps. Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
