Business Development Manager– 100K OTE – B2b SaaS – no cold calling – Consultative. £30,000 base salary (because the commission is madness!!) Just the best role in Manchester! Year one OTE for slow starters is 60-65K with above averageand high achievers earning £75,000 - £100,000: Commission on all sales 90% of sales product demos set up by the lead gen team. 25% of demos / sales close on the day 75% 2-3 Average deal value between £5,000 - £20,000 Ace training month 1 (Software, CRM, product and sales focussed training) Whatdo you need: 2 years in a B2b sales role selling a solution to business’ in a fast paced environment.
