They are searching for a Business Change Project Manager to focus on the delivery of key projects alongside the management of change activities. This is a 2 year FTC with hybrid working. Description Manage projects from start to finish, focusing on business changes and delivering on agreed goals for scope, time, cost, quality, and benefits. Develop project plans and budgets, ensuring they are practical and manageable. Create and implement resource and change management plans. Enter project data accurately and on time in management systems. Balance project priorities like scope, time, cost, and quality, using a formal process for major changes. Provide updates, raise concerns, and ensure alignment with portfolio goals. Identify and address project dependencies, coordinating with stakeholders as needed. Track and manage risks, issues, and escalations effectively. Collaborate closely with project sponsors and business owners, keeping them informed and addressing challenges promptly.Profile Project or change management experience focusing on business change Certified in project management (e.g. APM, Prince 2, MSP, Agile) Certified in change management (e.g PROSCI, APMG) Experience managing projects in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail.
