Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 5 students. Manage and support students with SEND and SEMH needs. Address and manage challenging behaviours with a firm and experienced approach. Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive learning environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in teaching KS2, particularly Year 5. Strong understanding of SEND and SEMH. Excellent classroom management skills.
