As a VIP Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for organising and executing a series of high-profile events that bring together senior business leaders and key stakeholders. Your role will involve:
Event Planning & Execution: Working closely with practice leaders to curate and organise approximately 50 events per year. You will ensure that each event is strategically aligned, well-organised, and delivers maximum value for attendees.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying and reaching out to potential event participants, securing attendance through effective outreach to both warm and cold leads. You will build strong relationships with key individuals and ensure their engagement at events.
Venue Management: Identifying suitable venues and coordinating all logistical aspects to ensure they meet event requirements and uphold the high standards of LCAP Group.
Administrative Support: Managing event details, updating CRM systems with relevant information, tracking responses, and providing post-event analysis to gauge engagement and identify opportunities for future events.
Internal Collaboration: Working across departments to ensure the events you organise align with wider business objectives, allowing you to build relationships and gain a deeper understanding of the business and its key players.
