You would be joining a forward-thinking consultancy firm specialising in providing quality tax advice to a diverse range of clientele, including international companies and large corporates. Key Responsibilities Telephone Tax Advice: Provide expert tax advice via phone, ensuring clients receive accurate and comprehensive guidance. Email Tax Advice: Offer thorough and well-researched tax advice through email correspondence. Research and Communication: Establish the full facts, conduct necessary research, and communicate detailed answers with appropriate legislative references. Knowledge Maintenance: Keep abreast of all areas of tax legislation and developments to maintain a strong working knowledge. Consultancy Referrals: Generate and refer more in-depth tax investigations and consultancy opportunities. Consultancy Work: Occasionally undertake detailed consultancy and investigation projects. Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our consultancy client base and provide additional services. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties aligned with the job summary as needed. Extensive experience in general tax, gained from practice, industry, or HMRC. Strong research skills and the ability to interpret legislation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
