What You Need To Succeed Ability to lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. Competent conducting detailed structural analysis and design for a variety of building structures. Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. Confidence to engage with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert advice. Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential). MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
