To work alongside the highly accomplished Chartered Head of Structures, this position is a key hire for the next person to join the growing structures division. There are plans to expand this team to around 10 staff and this new hire will be a key player in the development ofthe division - an exciting opportunity! The work from the building surveying and property side of the business is plentiful and secure, and standalone structural clients are also already on board. This role would suit a candidate with several years of varied buildings design experience, who is aversatile individual and happy to be involved in all aspects of design work as well as networking, invoicing and business growth. The role will include hands on design, visits to site, condition surveys, reports and appraisals. If you are not already Chartered, the Head of Engineering can provide excellent support for this as a practiced mentor.
