We have an immediately available requirement for a Project Lead who will head all production-related activities and report to a visiting Contracts Manager on a£43m new build luxury care home near Lord’s Cricket Ground in central London. The scheme comprises a 10 storey RC frame which will provide 100+ bedrooms with penthouse apartments within the upper floors. Works commenced in December so piling is underway and the frame is just starting so the successful candidate will require comprehensive knowledge of building mid rise RC frames and brickwork facades with stonework window surrounds.
