With a real focus on career development and progression, this role offers the chance to be part of a forward-thinking, supportive team.   The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts Managing project finances to ensure cost control and adherence to budgets Leading the tendering process, including document preparation and contractor selection Overseeing contract administration, procurement, and change management Conducting valuations, risk assessments, and financial reporting Collaborating with clients, contractors, and project teams to drive successful project outcomes Cover Essex home county, some travel to London and other UK areas if required.
