The Role As a Sales Enablement Lead – Multi Cloud, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and leading the solution design for transformation requirements powered by “multi-cloud solutions” across industry sectors. In addition, this role will significantly focus on advising, supporting, and coaching CxOs to shape their thinking for implementing the cloud transformation agenda. * Develop prospects / accounts. Create new business opportunities to meet targets. * Execute strategy for cloud solution selling, focusing on multi-cloud and hybrid environments. * Cloud pipeline management and forecasting, maximizing profitability and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners * Proactive and reactive opportunities, be able to create solution storyboard and some of the content based on prior experience. Working with wider solution architecture teams, drive the creation of a holisticand comprehensive response to customer requirements. * The relationship with hyperscaler alliances, shaping joint solutions to address customer challenges with the TCS Cloud Units to define holistic go to market offerings around cloud strategy, target operating model and architecture. Proactivelysupport client conversations to identify where our services can help address the business challenges they are facing. * Requirements / prospecting discussions with clients to shape scope and ultimately an agile and outcome-oriented journey to cloud, engaging with all key stakeholders and cloud ecosystem partners. * Support organisational initiatives to build assets in relation to Cloud strategy, migration, cost management, centre of excellence constructs or architecture, combining your expertise with industry leading cloud transformation practices and collaborate with the hyper scalers(e.g., Microsoft, Google, AWS) to proactively engage with CxO’s and position solutions to establish strategic partnerships. * Technology trends and help enterprise customers develop vendor neutral blueprints for systematic cloud adoption. * Comfortably across functional teams and liaising with key stakeholders using influence to negotiate outcomes in line with TCS Cloud Growth Strategy. * Shaping by constantly being the knowledge bridge between client and TCS cloud architects and help shape the deal in a right way and contribute to development of new industry centric /domain centricofferings on the back of TCS Intellectual Property. Requirements: * Strong experience in the IT Industry. * Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on cloud technologies. * Strong understanding of cloud platforms, services, and multi-cloud solutions * Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills. * Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities. * Ability to collaborate across teams and with all levels of management. * Willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Your Profile Key skills/knowledge: Technical background / hands-onknowledge in some of the following areas: Cloud assessments and migrations, Target operating model design, multi-cloud solutions, Cloud operations, Cloud presales and Cloud solution architecture experience, etc. Exposure to some of these industry sectors (Banking, Financial Services, Retail sectors, Energy&Resources, Public Sector, Utilities, Manufacturing, etc.) Technology savvy and ability to position leading / upcoming cloud technology initiatives. Prior working experience in multiple cloud technologies. Ability to engage clients with real time scenarios, case studies, and business proposals with clear specifications about cloud technologies and the business value driven prospects. Prior experience in shaping and supporting the enrolment of cloud-based target operating model to manage cloud effectively across the organisation. Background in technology architecture, infrastructure, or operations roles. * Deep understanding of Cloud Native and fundamentals of any of the public cloud platform. * Understanding of cloud operational best practice and toolsets. * Experience with application migration to public cloud using Refactoring and Re-architecting approach. * Experience in automation and provisioning of cloud environments (IaC). Cloud DevOps * Broad understanding and knowledge across multiple technical domains including Front-end Architecture, Services Architecture, Integration/Middleware Architecture, Security Architecture, Data Architecture etc. * Hands on application knowledge will be an advantage. * Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities. * Ability to collaborate across teams and with all levels of management. * Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
