Freelance QS required ASAP for high-end residential project in London My client has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis to work within their Commercial team on a high-end residential project in a desirable part of London. The role will involve commercial management of subcontractors and change management / variations. The successful candidate will have main contractor and / or subcontractor experience and perferably have worked on luxury residential projects, though this isn't essential.
