They pride themselves on delivering high-quality projects that transform workspaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. Their services include the installation of glass partitions, doors, ceilings, and more, providing bespoke solutions tailored to their clients' specific needs. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial office fit-outs and a proven track record in managing projects involving glass partitions, doors, and ceilings. This role requires a proactive individual withexceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations. * Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed. * Ensure all projects adhere to health andsafety regulations and quality standards. * Lead project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues promptly. * Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. * Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager working for a sub-contractor in the interiors sector. Ideally you would have a strong background in glass partitions, doors, ceilings, drywall, etc. * Black CSCS card or a degree inConstruction Management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Proficient in project management software and tools. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
